what is the difference between girl and boy dress pants?

I wanna know what the difference is between a girl’s and guy’s dress pants..My friend is a girl and she is too skinny to find her size but she found a guy’s dress pants. IT fits perfectly on her. So, I was wondering what the difference is.
Besides thee ovious that they look more feminine, they r made to fit a womans curves where mens have more of astraight fit
boy pants are for BOYS and girls pants are for GIRLS
haha i bought chick jeans once..
i couldnt tell if they were dude jeans n i was like.. man these really look cool, i think im gonna buy them..
